My "heart stopping" performance at L.A. Live

See my live story about finding clarity in a heart-stopping moment. Plus updates on The Happiness Factor- WTF?

Hello Friends,

The Happiness Factor - WTF? You might be wondering, what an odd name for a podcast and why would I listen?

I came up with the name as sarcasm filled my mind when I was on a health transformation (thus the short spring absence). Different things were falling apart or just not working like they used to. Through this health crisis, I discovered that emotional phenomena can cause physiological changes in the body.

How does this relate to The Happiness Factor - WTF? I’ve learned it’s important that you’re happy because happiness leads to good health and good health leads to happiness.

On the podcast, we’ll explore and debunk certain old ways of thinking about health and how to take care of ourselves. We’ll give you a unique set of tools that you can use to create your happiness. It’ll be fun, educational, and thought-provoking. Tune in if you find yourself running on that treadmill of life, and you’re either treading water to keep up or know you can’t keep the pace any longer.

Now, back to my unscheduled hiatus - you can learn more about it in the YouTube video below. Here’s why it took me so long this year to get this party started - my “hard drive” was shutting down, so I was in the shop getting an emergency pacemaker on January 19th.

This was my first live performance in LA as the culmination of a story-telling class I signed up for before the health scare. We’ll all agree I won’t be getting any Oscars next year. However, it was a wonderful cathartic experience. I had a blast.

As a publisher of wellness content it’s my jam to make this fun…so please stay along for the ride. We have a number of exciting topics in pre-production. More episodes are coming soon, streaming on your favorite podcasting platforms.

And if you’re in perfect homeostasis, please contact me..…because maybe I’d like to interview you for the show and find your “secret sauce.”

I’m deeply grateful to share this journey with you.

Cheers,

Diana
